All of our cleanses are designed to be taken at regular intervals throughout the day. We suggest drinking each beverage 2 hours apart if possible. Begin your first juice when you wake up, and end with the last drink at least 2 hours before you go to bed.
Stay hydrated by drinking water or herbal teas. This helps with the elimination of toxins.
It is also very important to get rest during your cleanse. While it’s a good idea to tone down your exercise routine during a juice fast, mild exercise such as walking can help to boost blood and lymphatic circulation.
If you’re feeling exceptionally wiped out and need a little something to help pick you up, try drinking some veggie broth. And if you really need to get some food, have an apple or a cucumber.
